What do you do when your children are constipated? do you know of any remedy?

I would like some help. What do you do when children are a bit constipated? What do you give them to eat mostly? is there a particular type of fruit, vegetables, drink or food which can help them out?

honeyballuu Dried apricots are good. About 3 or 4 will do the trick. Dairy products are also good (food containing magnesium). Avoid bananas and potatoes as potassium will make it worse.
