does drinking water really help with weight lose. i have heard it a couple of times, drink water before during and after your meal, but havent yet heard any real results. i refuse to use these lose weight quick schemes, because...

onencgirl Drinking water does work.. I lost 40 lbs. drinking water and cutting out beef and anything white, (flour, potaotes, rice, sugar, etc.) I ate lots of fish and chicken and vegetables.
