does drinking water really help with weight lose. i have heard it a couple of times, drink water before during and after your meal, but havent yet heard any real results. i refuse to use these lose weight quick schemes, because the only thing they help you lose is your money. so anyone out there who has tried the water thing please let me know.

Drinking water does work.. I lost 40 lbs. drinking water and cutting out beef and anything white, (flour, potaotes, rice, sugar, etc.) I ate lots of fish and chicken and vegetables.

my friend has done this diet as well, and she lost alot of weight. my only problem is that i believe i need some of these things in my diet, so i wont passout..lol. i dont think im that bold yet to attempt this, especially if it means i would have to cook seperate food for my family. but it sounds successful though.

Drinking water does really helps to lose weight, it makes you feel full even after you eat, and it helps make the digestive process quicker. Keep in mind though that you need to take vitamins if you're on a diet or you can miss out all the nutrients your body needs.

I can not tell you wether it makes a real big difference. But I can tell you that it helps a lot. Not only when it comes to losing weight. Water cleanses your body. It usually is pure and without chemicals and artificial extra's put in to it. So make it your number one drink. I myself hardly drank water before, now it basically is the only thing I drink, unless I am at someone elses home and they offers me some cola, then it is hard to resist, but part from that it's water for me.

Water does help fill you up, and if you are dehydrated you do not have any energy to do anything to burn up the calories you consume. By itself it will not really take off the weight, but it is good for you, and might help cut some caloric intake. Check out some other weight loss discussions here. I have seen some good info. Good luch to all of us with our weight loss goals.

hi, well it helps to drink water when u feel hungry as often the signal for thirst and hunger get mixed up. but if u drink water 10 min before your meal, i have less space for food= less calories, but don't drink during meals as this stops the acid in you tummy and gives you body more time to absorb fat when it should be digestes and gotten rid of.

A woman's body is usually 50-55% water so water is needed for proper hydration and to flush waste products out of the body. Adequate water intake keeps the body functioning properly and lessens the stress on the kidneys. Our health, and our beauty depend on water. As well as maintaining normal digestion, water helps to maintain good skin tone and color. Although water may be used to fill your stomach, it's importance goes far beyond that when it comes to weight loss.

I don't know if it actually makes you loose weight. I have heard that you should drink a glass before you eat and that will fill your stomach so you will feel full quicker when you eat.
