I'm at the grocery tonight with just 3 of my children, my middle two boys ages 8,9 and my daughter 2. This guy was like following us around the store and kept going out of his way to talk to my kids and try to talk to me....

mahdiyehp it's all rubbish to get personal info from you. i receive 10 of those a month and otherones saying that i can get money if i help them by giving them my account details..... rubbish

mahdiyehp hi, your supposed to lower your dosage, like take half everyday for 8 days, the half every 2 days for 8 days. i did the silly thing and just stopped and got so messed up that i tried to comitt suicide, be very careful..... it did help me though, made me gain...

mahdiyehp hi, well it helps to drink water when u feel hungry as often the signal for thirst and hunger get mixed up. but if u drink water 10 min before your meal, i have less space for food= less calories, but don't drink during meals as this stops the acid in you...
