I always cheat a little when I make home-made pizza. I buy the ready made pizza bases and put my own toppings on them. It also works out a lot cheaper than making your own dough. :-)

Do you let forecasts influence your programs, e.g. for a week-end trip or something else? Or -on the contrary- do you feel skeptical in the possibility to get a real idea of what this strange climate is going to do next...

Hi opinione, I don't really trust any forecast for more then 24 hours. I've heard of rheumatic pain forecasts but have never paid much attention. I do have one for you, when a cat washes behind its ears, it's a sure sign of rain. Blessings.

Egg preparations and the non-vegetarian dishes are the ones which I just cannot even look at. The practise of eating vegetarian food had been prevalent among the Brahmin castes. So I love enaything that is made and that is vegetarian.

Thes best way to avoid braking the shells is to put the eggs in the water while it is cold or room temperature. I sometimes put a little vinegar in the water to keep them from breaking, works like a charm.
