maezee I certainly do not have this problem. Quite the opposite actually. I do agree that money causes some people to turn into monsters. Luckily thats not the case with everyone. Welcome to MyLot by the way!

I recommend that you sleep at least up to 8 hours a day. If you can't do it all at night, colab that with some sleep at noon. Its good for your health and believe it or not, your weight loss!

Sheila Brown Sleep is very important, to let your body rejuvenate. I usually get 7 hours of sleep a night, but I am prone to take an hours nap during the day.
