Curse! I hear jt everywhere I go! You don't need to do that! Swear on the road or at line in a shop! There are children around thats one. And tow, it just bring out bad vibes!! Follow me for more stories and frustration.

I recommend that you sleep at least up to 8 hours a day. If you can't do it all at night, colab that with some sleep at noon. Its good for your health and believe it or not, your weight loss!

Sometimes i sit on my sofa, open my tv, and watch a movie! But as I begin to watch, it happenes!!! It starts to be even more urgent! And the sweat begin to drop. And thats my friends, is the need for popcorn.

I used to be a close guy who doesn't talk much and don't hang out a lot! But as soon as I started to hear music, my kind of music, I now feel much more better and happy. It took time to open up to people but it happened
