does your country have people asking money on the street?

In my country many are asking money on the street,especially when you are in city area.I am very pitty for them, especially people who are very old, and dis abled person.So sometimes i give a small amount if i have enough money.

pallav001 well guys u might say that i am against u but lets say reservation is done to uplift poor and low caste people, now if its done to educate them and atleast bring them to level where they can earn on themselves i think the job is done, so at ug level i wont...
