Namelesss Not saying people should not take precautions, they certainly should. But I don't think anyone is playing with their life if they don't follow protocol. At least no more so than any other thing they do.

In Durgapur in winter the weather is dry.

Durgapur is around 180 kilometers away from Kolkata. As it is more close to the landmass and far from coasts it has dry weather in winter. The weather is sunny and the lawns and grasses look green during this time of the year.
