I have tried EVERYTHING that I can think of...warm bath, herbal teas, sleep aids, prescription meds.... and I cannot seem to get to sleep before 6am!!! Then I sleep til like 2 or 3pm and the day is shot. I have checked my neck...

pamthegypsy This is something new not being able to sleep. Ice cream used to make me pass out! Not any more. That's why I think it might be menopause. Strange and terrible things happen from menopause. I know the pill won't let me dream, so I try not to take it if I can....
