Hi guys, I know orange and lime are very good in Vitamin C. Do you know any other sources which are rich in Vit C?

panariff There are a lot more plants which bear fruits with a high content in vitamin C. Beside citrus fruits, guava and others there is a plant named Roselle that has much more vitamin C than those mentioned. Actually the flowers of Roselle are the part to be...

A friend of mine swears by the effectiveness of homeopathy. She has treated herself successfully for asthma, and claims that it is the safest and most sureshot way to cure illnesses. I am wondering if any of you have tried it...

panariff If l am not wrong, for your info dear luckyattraction one of the remedies given for eczema was Belladona, most effective. Others include sulphur, etc.
