panggz it's easy.. first look at yourself and see what are the good things about you and learn to appreciate good things too from others. By learning to accept who they are you will surely gain a friend in just a minute of appreciation.

panggz sometimes i turned it off and while charging because i already know it can shorten your phone's life. over used phone just like any other electronics won't last longer just like when we abuse our body. too much of this and that is always not good.
