What are you favorite sights in Rome, Italy?

I went to Rome twice already and still want to go back to visit again. I've been to the most famous places in the city, but would also like to visit other landmarks, any suggestions?

paperdreams san clemente basillica is well worth a visit, it seems to be off the normal tourist path. There are Byzantine mosaics and excavations which have revealed an early christian church and a small temple to mithras. here is a...
