how to change the color in hiar, dress?

i learn photoshop by outodidac, till this moment i still have problem to change the color im hair, dress and so on, the place i like to change except back ground i can cahang backgournd color. can any ones help me?

papiras2001 firrstly You better select the area that you want to change the colour(hair in photo)using laso tool and feather after that click image in main menu & select ajustment and click colour balance. then you can change the colour.If it is not sufficient select...
