I like to take macro shots of praying mantis. They seem to have individual personalities. What do you like to take macros of?

Tiny bugs

This tiny bug was hard to photograph. Most of my photography is done in the shade. I never seem to have enough light to get a large enough deph of field. This photo was taken with a canon 400d with a 100mm macro lens.

juvenile cardinals

I have been enjoying the many differences in the plumage of juvenile cardinals. Has anyone else been watching their change to adulthood?

Hummingbirds

The hummingbirds have been busy visiting the feeders and flowers. It is entertaining watching them chasing each other.
