as an adult,we're suggested to sleep from 6-8 hours a day.but the actual hours we sleep for differ from different periods and different individuals,because sometimes we get too busy to sleep enough,yet sometimes we are laid back...

paypalraj i think greg could have handled the ganguly issue more maturely. ganguly is a senior player and he definately did not deserve what he got.and i dont agree with gregs experimentation policy. i would give him 2/10

I thk after Greg Chappel we should look into our great players of India.So our next coach might be Sunil Gavaskar(as he has great brain),or kapil Dev or Sandip Patil.Lets see what others think.
