PeaceOfCake Try more outside acivitys or going to gym for some trainings.. I realy think that could help you for better sleep quality without long sleeping. It's only my opinion. I'm sleeping a lot too, so im trying some to do things what is phisic activiting me.

PeaceOfCake I'm 22 but sleeping about 10h.. And thats too long because i can do some better stuff if i sleep just 6 hours! Actualy im looking for solution to sleep as well for 6 hours and feel like i was doing it 10 hours! Is it sport activity that i need more?
