what is your motivation to lose weight????

Has anyone had to lose a lot of weight? What kept you going? I have like 200 pounds to lose ang its so frustrating-For the last couple of yesrs I seem to lose the same 50 pounds*****What keeps you motivated?

perpetualenergy314 when i had to lose weight it dealt with alot of self esteem issues i had become comfortable with it to an extent but there where some things i just could deny me capping on myself was tolerable, but others capping on me hurt so instead of just brushing it off...
