man become so weak after a disaster

i watched Grey's anatomy,it's about season 9. they suivived from aircraft accident. Christina could not speak and listen to anyting for fear and anxiety.man can become so weak in the disaster and it's not easy from any disaster.

perris yeah,some won't change their characters,but the same things can't be spoken in front of them.it maybe a scar in their mind forever.
