How did your cat get it's name?

I've had some strange names for cats and I was curious as to what others named their cats, and how they came up with the names. Right now, my cat Lucky was named because my husband saved her life - so she's lucky to be alive....

peter61 My cats name is Cooking Fat after my dad came home drunk one night and tripped on him then yelled out "Get that cooking fat out of here"

There's an old saying "we are what we eat" can this also apply to what we feed our brain? And does this have a bearing on current world events? what do you think?

Okay, when I didn't have a pet, I swore to people that I would never kiss my pets on the face. However, since I had Fluffy, she has been like my little child, being that I can't have human children of my own. I just can't help it...

People go to temples, churches and mosques for praying ! What is the difference between praying at home and praying at churches , temples or mosques ? any difference ? inputs please !
