phalz81 I also sometimes sleep on my tummy bout once or twice without I realized it. Actually for me is just fine, I never had any difficulty of breathing, but my husband always complained it.

phalz81 his message is true...and gross...we indirectly eating foods with chemical residue. It's true those with pesticide are looks good, looks nice and without worms or etc...after realized the fruit like apple and grapes. It's just too pity they spray it. Fruits...

phalz81 yes..now a days people are tend to be more health conscious, we do not mind to spend more $$ just to be healthy and looks fit and good.

phalz81 you can slim down by taking a food balance diet...try to plan your consumption...you can do walk non stop for 10 to 15 minutes everyday or maybe go swimming, it will burn fat as well...Anyway slimming is a discipline habit to take. I hope your wish can be...
