phatchyck 2012 was a good movie and will likely be the choice for many during the coming year. Can't say I believe too much of what actually occurred in the movie but I did enjoy it nonetheless. Thanks for responding!

phatchyck Thank you for your response. I haven't given too much thought as to what I believe will actually occur but I have enjoyed hearing from those of you who have responded. I forgot about the solar flare theory. That would definitely create some chaos.

phatchyck Good for you! I do not make resolutions because I have historically not attempted to meet them but yours is great. I also have kids and the glass half full side of me tends to stay focused on my kids and their future, not the havoc that the future may hold....

phatchyck Thanks for your comment. I like that show too and I hope you are right. It sure would be nicer to have a rebirth instead of mass destruction, death and so forth. Yikes!

phatchyck I agree, do what you love because life is short. As frequently as we can we always thank our kids' teachers and tell them how invaluable they are to our children's development. Great teachers are an asset and we love them. Thanks for being a teacher =)
