I wonder what a "Love Interest" would do to House!

I wonder what would happen to the show in general if they added a Love Interest for House? Would it ruin the show, add more tension to House's personality, get in the way of some of his diagnosis's. Hey what do you out there think...

picaElite I love House...does that count...?? Actually, it would be interesting as long as it didn't get too intense, but then he is intense most of the time.
