Do you feel refreshed or sleepy after a bath?

It's been so hot around here lately, so I've started taking several showers daily just to cool off. After a nice shower or bath, my blood pressure goes down and sometimes, I get sleepy. That's not so good, in the middle...

pinggo I used to take a cool shower ,it's relaxing.i'll be mad without a cool shower in such a hot summer.
