TessWhite Only when I was sleepwalking did I actually cook at midnight. I'd get up in the morning and discover the mess in the kitchen. Thankfully, no more sleepwalking. Now if hungry I just find a snack.

Richard if i don't feel like snacking on any of the snacks in the house i will usually just make something simple and quick like pancakes or scrambled eggs, also depends on how hungry i am

Ramaditya Well, midnight is actually my battlefield, as I usually work at midnight. So, I usually prepare for it. What I have? I often cook noodles, and even bring up some potato snacks along with hot tea and chocolate bar. Cheese will do, but I do not want to mix it...

mcat19 I cook as seldom as possible, so I sure wouldn't do it in the middle of the night. I take cheese and crackers to bed with me, so I'm not hungry in the middle of the night. Snacks are great. I love them more than meals

lazeebee I'm too lazy to cook, but I usually stock up on snacks. So I'd either eat cookies, chips, chocolates or cakes, plus a cup of hot coffee.

leateagee I wouldn't. The most probable thing that I would do is to eat bread and cheese. Or have milk and cookies. I always have these at my counter. Cooking is really not my type of thing to do so I'll really go for instant foods. LOl. Take care =)
