anyone else drink 2 shots a day of apple cider vinegar? my doc recommended it, and i have been doing it for 3 years, i have healthy hair and nails and i never get sick. and it helps maintain my metabolism, i weigh 105....

playmateshorty sometimes if you take the shot on an empty stomach it can make you feel kinda funky. just a tip. eat first!

playmateshorty yeah use a good chaser, like soda or Gatorade after taking the shot!

playmateshorty I take regular 1 ounce shots. like you would alcohol ;] you can add water to it, but i wouldnt recommend mixing it with anything sweet like soda, if ya have to, take the shot then use soda as a chaser, the taste is strong! apple cider is pretty cheap,...

playmateshorty yeah it burns a little going down, but if you like salt and vinegar chips, you can handle this!

playmateshorty some times i drink it straight, like before meals. but i also drink it while in the shower, and add some water into it, i tend to dislike the smell and fell fresher after a shower. pet peeve, im guessing lol!

I was wondering if anyone else ate hamburger helper on a weekly basis? We eat it like 2 times a week because of the variety and price. Its too easy too cook, tastes good, and cheap. Anyone else?
