Problem potatoes

I first cook some sliced potatoes, boil them that is and then I tried to fry them in a cast iron fry pan with some butter and oil to get them brown and crispy and it didn't work , they just stuck to the pan and wouldn't get brown...

ponyboy448 You can try flash frying them,that means getting the oil very hot first then dropping them in.Make sure the potatoes are sliced on the thin side but not too thin.

ponyboy448 I saw this movie a while ago and it is one that you have to follow or you miss stuff. I really enjoyed this movie. I liked it enough that I am planning on purchasing it. I am not sure of the stars that played in anymore, but it was definite must see!
