was there a point in ur life where u just wanted to end it all? ever felt like 'lets just end my life and all my problems will be gone' or 'i cant face this anymore it will all be gone only if iam gone'..when u were at that point...

popartist exercise is best and you have to take at least three weeks to get off meds. cut it by ten percent each day good luck
