Yes junk food is a part of bad eating habits . Occassionally eaten is ok and understood as it provides a change of taste but as a routine it is not not at all healthy .
It does not provide with the needed dose of proteins , vitamins and usually filled with carbohydartes .
It is not a balanced diet and should be avoided . Besids regular intake of junk food should be avoided as uit causes the collection of toxins inside the body .

I don't think junk food makes us have bad eating habits, that is, if you don't eat junk food in excess. I don't believe that there are good foods and bad foods. Things should be kept in moderation so if you have a balanced diet with all the food groups, you should be fine. Junk food doesn't make bad habits, people do.

I dont think its the junk food itself. Its the person eating it. Yes it promotes some bad eating habits because you feel like full when youre eating it but the truth is youre just eating air and then you lose appetite for some real meal that is more nutritious. But if youre responsible, you wouldnt be affected by any junk food.

No junk food doesnt make us have bad eating habits. We have bad eating habits so we like junk food. I try not to have much junk food in the house. Right now every where i look there is Easter candy in our house. We eat fruit,popcorn and pretzels for snacks usually.
