I must just be an odd female. Ido not spend hardly any time in front of a mirror. My husband is the prissy one. Hespends at least 10 timesw more time in front of a mirror than I do.

I never use spend much before the dressing table.I spend only a few minutes according to where the journey .If its a long one it will some more time and if it is a short one the time used will also be short.Iam also of the opinion that spending more time before the dressing table is a bad habit.

Spending time in front of the dressing table is not a bad habit unless the woman is always late because of it. The time I spend beautifying myself depends on where I am going, if I'm going to stay at home all day 10 minutes will be enough because I only need to put on face cream, body lotion, deodorant and comb my long hair. If I'm going out to run some errands at the mall or the bank, then I might need to alot 15-20 minutes to prepare myself because I don't want to look untidy. The most time I'll spend in front of the dressing table will be one hour, that only happens when we have to go to a wedding or a formal party because I have to style myself and put of full makeup.
I'm hardly late for my appointments because I always check the time while I'm preparing for go out.

Hi, yes alot of women spend alot of time infront of the mirror and getting ready to go out. Also some men do. I find lots of men spend ages in the shower room before going out.
I do not think its a bad habit exactly, although its annoying if you have to wait ages for someone.
It could be that some people are insecure about their looks and spend alot of time trying to improve them.
If I am ages I am just enjoying myself, like playing dressing up usually.

That depends on the dressing requirement of the Journey. If I go to a party, I will spend even half of day to get well dressed. I think that is not bad thing. That shows the passion to the life. As for the problem of being late, if it is well planed, this problem can be solved.
