Bletchly I have insomnia and so cant answer this for myself but a friend of mine who has an underactive thyroid problem fell asleep in my art exhibiton and could be heard snoring behind the screens that had the paintings on...doesnt say alot for my art does it!

Bletchly Well, not a blanket but a toy rabbit that I used to hold up to my nose. I still have it, but dont hold it up to my nose anymore as I'm 38 and it would look odd!
