Watch out! The train is coming!

Here's the situation. You're walking down the road and you see kids playing on the railroad tracks. A hundred yards up the tracks a train is bearing down on them. Question... Do you do anything? Warn them? Or... do you think "It's none of my business. I'll stay out of it." What's the point of this? I think I've figured out why my rating keeps dropping (the stars, the stars). When ever I run across a discussion that's an obvious (to me) scam, I speak up. SCAM alert words like HYIP, FOREX, and those promising huge returns in a matter of days, are what I'm referring to. I just hate to see honest people cheated. Sometimes the people promoting these sites are honest, but misinformed... usually. I been accused of, killing discussions and other unprintable things by the originators of the posts. But I don't care. It's these kinds of SCAMs that make people wary of every opportunity. And you SHOULD take the time to check out every plan before getting involved. But folks that could use some extra cash every week are afraid to do anything because they are so afraid of getting SCAMMED (again?) That's the really sad part of it and it's just not right, don't you think? What do you do when you see some thing that isn't right? Do you speak up?
