If money were no object where would you go?

I love to travel and I love to see the world. But as I don't have a money tree in my backyard I don't get to travel nearly as much as I would like. It would be so much fun spending a month sipping umbrella drinks on a sandy beach or exploring the rain forest of just drive around the Riviera in a sweet little convertible while fine music is playing on the stereo.
If you have a money tree in your back yard, where would you go on your vacation and what would you do? Oh and who would you go with?

I will go to Europe- Switland, France,Italy, England, Denmark, Germany... If I have enough money, I will stay there for several months, without any guides, friends, any plans... just hang out by myself every day...

actually that sounds very appealing.
I especially like the part about no plans... the vacations without plans usually result in great vacation experinces.

I also really love to travel. I can think of many trips I would like to do. So I will describe just one of them.
If I had a money tree I would fly to Cape Town. I would enjoy seeing penguins and seals on the beaches there. I am sure that I would adore the view from the cape mountain. From there I'd hop along the beautiful garden route. I would do a few safaris seeing lions, giraffes, rhinos and zebras. Next I would travel up the coast to the st lucia national park where I would see crocodiles.
Next I would fly on to Madagascar. Here I would sit under coconut palms resting from all my adventure in South Africa. I would enjoy going snorkelling to see the animals of the sea like dolphins and small sharks. I would go deep into rainforest seeing many animals that I have never seen before.
Then I would fly to La Reunion for hiking over the beautiful steep green hills. I would would feel cool so high up from sea level.
On my way home I would like to go to Mauritius. I would enjoy sitting on the golden sandy beaches. I would like to walk next to the fields full of sugar cane.
Lastly I would go home and then drem of where to go next.

I was thinking about long time ago...I want to see so many places...I would take one year off and travel for one year around the globe...meet with everyday people and visit not glamour places but real world places were people live, love and learn...I would than see people in need and help them on my way...nothing is more rewarding than ability to help others...I would definitely take some friends with me...:)

Its a good question that I have thought for quite a long time. i have now decided to go somewhere that would benefit my spiritual growth and that would certainly be India. I would like to visit all the temples and holy places that Ihave heard and read about. I would especially like to visit the Himalayas. The Himalayas series by Michael Palin has certainly motivated me to visit the Himalayas, if money is no object.

I would go somewhere on some island with a woman of course. There I would surf, navigate, swim, stay all day on the beach, eat and drink exotic foods/drinks. Not bad, isn't it?

I like to travel, and would love to spend time travelling the Australian outback.
I have been on a number of overseas holidays, but the primary reason has always been people - visiting relatives I haven't seen for years.
I have made some very good friends here on myLot and some of us have a dream of holding a garden party somewhere in England where we could all get together. Gabs would be the Queen of the garden party. because absolutely everyone loves Gabs and wants to meet her and receive a massive hug from her. Gissi would be the court jester. There would be people from Australia, England, Sweden, USA, Canada, Azerbaijan and other places.
Yes, of course I'd like to see the world, but my number one priority would be to see the very dear friends I have made here.

I would go to Japan and take my husband. Right now I'm really into things Japanese and this would be my ideal trip. I would also like to go to China, England and New York.

South Korea. It's probably changed a lot since the last time I lived there (*cough!* late 1980's) and of course, I may need to relearn the language before I go. But I would love to eat Korean food and visit Jeju (or Cheju, depends)Island again!
And maybe snag a nice boy my age while I'm at it, Haha.
