Kissing at Work

I was going to the Comfort Room when i saw my Operations Manager kissing his Agent who is his girlfriend. What should I do? As QA i plan to issue a Written Warning but the heck im issuing a Written Warning to the one who made the Company Code of Conduct...Geez.... Guys whats the best thing to do...other agents have seen it on many occasions. Guys need your opinion. Thanks!

First of all, most work places do not allow management to have a relationship with a subordinate. I am not sure if this rule applies at your work place. That can raise issues of favoritism, unfair practices. Also when people at work start to talk, they disrupt the work place due to less productivity. I think you should bring this up to your HR dept.

maybe he needs a reminder of the code he's written. you may chance getting fired however if you are working for him.

Well, you should go ahead and give both of them a written warning.First, rules are rules especially in your company and the person involved is even the one who made the rules. Even if he has a higher position than yours, he should not be exempted from company policies and as QA, you should execute your duty and give them both a reminder that it's ok to have a relationship and kiss each other but make sure to do it after office hours. And since you said that many agents have seen it in many occasions, I think your credibility as QA might get questioned because they will think that you are favoring the operations manager over the other employees who might also violate the same policy in the future.

to start with it is not ethical to kiss in work place .now as u know that it has already happened the best policy would be to talk toyour operational manager explaining in a subtle manner that it is not done ina professional work environment.if it doesnt work then u go for the carrot and stick police.issue a tommyhawk missile{warning letter}.

i dont believe which relationship on work + responsability are a problem, the problem is if only have relationship on work, and dont get responsability if it is inteferring on the work of they, so its is a problem, else i think which no is a problem
