but for withdrawing your paypal account has to have minimum 150$ in the account.you ready to wait till that ?

I think you have to have a minimum of 150$ in your paypal account in order for withdrawal .. I'll wait for 2-3 months and see if it reaches 150$ :D
else, i'd shop online :)

I kept some in paypal for ebay shopping and put the rest in my bank.

I'm not sure yet. I will probably let it build so I can pay my vendor fair fees with it, and those run about $3 per event.
