how long should people work in front of the computer every day ?

i ama a fan about computer , recently i felt exausted ,and unhealthy , i think maybe this is caused by computer ,and my friends also advised me to stay less time before computer ,but i wonder how long i should stay with computer...

i_am_anish_s i would tell to work till 5 hrs a day...after that i would be hard for anyone to sit in front of the computer...

they say that you should have a minimum of 30 mins in eating a single serving to fully digest the food you intake, and you will feel fullness with just small amount of food.

I don't. its just an illusion! For me, What ever you believe will beome true. I don't believe in ghost, that is why I never see a ghost in my whole life. What is your opinion? Have you seen a ghost?

i_am_anish_s i hav'nt seen a ghost yet but i hav been told that there hav been experiences of seeing ghosts...so it should not be ignored as an illusion...
