targets? do you have a target for the number of postings you make per day?

I try to make between 50 and 100 responses per day, to keep the dollars coming in. This has been a pretty good month, and I'm up to $18.70. I am determined to hit the $20 mark, and today is the last day of the month. I think I can do it, and I'm hoping I'll be able to do it. I remember the number I had the night before, and then I try to set my goal according to how much I want the number to rise, number of postings that is, and how much time I'll have the next day in order to achieve that goal.

You are right, it should around 20 so that some tangible amount can be achieved.

I really don't. Some days I type up a storm, others barely anything. It just depends on my mood.

Hello,eskarena,I have also set a target everyday,may be i will set a realistic 30-40 in the weekdays,if i plan to stay at home,I will set a target of 70-80.but most of the time, i am not able to meet the target,may be i type too slowly. So could you reach the 100 target before?

OMG--100 a day....lordie! No I never have a set number of posts or discussions to respond to --some days I'm more "energetic" about it and do participate more...other times nope--it really all depends what other work I need to do in front of a computer for each day...

my target is 50 point per day . and at least 10 point per day. usually ,when I answer a post ,I will got 1 point, but when I post a new discussion, I will not get 1 point for sure. I don't know why. but I will try to let my post point grow 50 everyday .

previously, i used to. i had a target of about 40-50 but could hardly reach 20 a day. more recently, i have stopped doing that and reply to whatever i feel good doing. i would do more of those commenting and sub-commenting on responses. that's fun. so, somedays i am at 40 and some other days i am hardly at 10!!

I did orginally set a goal of how many posts I would do in a day. However, I have been busy with classes the last few weeks and my responses to discussions how dropped. I am hoping to get back on track in the next week or so when the course is finished.

First off HAPPY 8000 posts! lol. and i can't really do that cause i never know how long my baby girl will play or nap by herself, someday's i dont even get on here at all. sad isn't it. lol. I try to get on as much as i can everyday though cause i am ADDICTED. I would try to aim for 100 a day if i had the time. Which wouldnt be too hard i guess, as long as you dont write a novel for each response :P Which sometiems i tend to do.

I used to have a posting target per day, which is 30. But now, I don't think I will follow this, because this is not so fexible, say, if I have more time, I would like to post more and vice versa. How about others?

Hi, I try to set myself little targets per day, although I post on Mylot when I'm working, so tend to come up short on my targets everyday, although when I'm having my cuppa first thing in the morning, I try and post about 5, so at least I'm doing a little per day.

I used to have targets in my early days in mylot, I didn't really stick to these targets but they were just like guides to how much I advance and I used to set them each day as I feel like it not as a fixed number of posts daily.. Anyway with time I lost much interest and now I login only when I can to and respond just as much as I like to and don't try to force myself to reach targets anymore.. except for trying to reach payouts before the end of the month that :)

I don't think about targets, I have all my friends set to inform me if they make a posting so I read them in my email box and do those, then if I don't have to work, I go through the discussions I've responded to, see if there's anything else to add to the discussion, then go to my interests and then today's top disccusions. I tend to enjoy more philosophical/mystical stuff, but will respond to something if I think I've got something to say. I think it is good to keep the grey matter at work.. 100 a day? Don't think I've ever done that many, but I think I do a good 20. But I shall count... if I remember!

Yeah .. I make targets.. My today target is to reach 500 posts.. I know I won't be able to do it .. but I am trying here .. and I hope I will get it .. I want to reach 500 because I think I will make $10 once by reaching 500 :) .. Please wish me luck

I dont set myself any targets apart from the fact that I would like to write more. I only answer those topics that interest and inspire me or things where I might have some experience. I dont usually answer short comments that are just answered with a Yes or a No, I like commenting further and deeper than that! When the topics interests me though, then I cant stop talking! The only target I have actually is going over the 500 mark, so I will be able to copy and paste! Many times that is what stops me from writing some more!

My goal right now is mostly just to reach the payout each month from now on since it took me forever to get to my first one! lol So, I try to divide ten dollars by however many days are in the month to figure out about how many posts to aim for. Of course, I don't seem to actually meet my goal very often, but I try to make up for it later!

I am trying to get at least 25 posts per day on here and days that I don't work I try to do more. Sometimes though I just don't make it. I have set goals this month for money and I am working at making $20 here in May so I hope that I can manage that. Thanks for asking.

These days i am targeting to post/responce at least 50 quality discussions per day so as to earn 1$ .in the begining i find it hard as i am using gprs connection for accessing internet so it takes longer time to open pages and i was using IE for browsing not i have downloaded opera browser and it have delinatily speed up my work

I tend to make around 10 posts per day, but it varies depending on what discussions interest me.

I don't really set targets for myself on forums and such, instead I just do it at random all. Can be well over a hundred posts one day whilst the other barely any.
