I have tried only chicken and duck eggs (I think).
Honestly, I am not too adventurous when it comes to food. Even when it is served on my own dinner table, I tend to avoid the dubious options lol. :P

My Mum had tried to convince me to eat pigeon eggs many times but I have refused always. :P
I guess if you are brought up eating some food, you will be used to eating them. If you have not eaten something by a certain age, you will need to be adventurous in order to try them.

I have never eaten quails eggs... I hear they are a good medicine for many diseases. Do you cook them or eat them raw? Cause I've heard some people saying you need to eat quails eggs raw to have a therapy effect.
The rest of the eggs taste pretty much like chicken eggs.

Oops, i have eaten only chicken egg. You have added totally four types of eggs in this discussion and after that too the dot keeps going. I think there are still eggs which you havent mentioned here. Is it so? Does the dot represents what i am telling?

Yes, the dots mean there are more types of eggs I've eaten.
I believe everybody had fish eggs:)
And I have eaten another bird's eggs, just that I didn't know the bird's name in English:(
Meanwhile I browsed it on the net and found out it's called Guinea fowl. Here's a picture.

I had an ostrich egg ommlete one time while in Australia. slightly different taste, I have eaten scrambled robin eggs while camping and living off of the land. I believe that I would eat any bird egg.

I've tried chicken eggs, duck eggs and quail eggs.
Duck eggs can come in several forms. They can be the normal ones, or they could be salted, or made into century eggs.
Quail eggs are the mini version of chicken eggs. Very small but still tasty. They can also be made into century eggs.
In any case, all are delicious.

I have only eaten chicken eggs and these days I don't eat eggs at all. They aren't suitable food for people, they are unhealthily high in chlorestoral and they are much better ways of getting the vitamins and minerals they contain.

i have tried 3 types of eggs, quail, duck and chicken eggs.
The most common egg is chicken egg, which i usually eat almost everyday, i know its bad, but its the only food i think i could eat early in the morning. Next is quail eggs which is usually boiled or mixed w/ sauteed veggies. I couldnt remember when was the last time i had tasted the duck eggs but i know i already did

I find the other eggs to be quite similar in taste to chicken eggs. I've only eaten them fried and boiled, and they're pretty much the same.
Nevertheless, I've seen some cookie recipes that specifically mentioned duck eggs, so they must be somewhat different.
