I never bother to read the SPAM mails and delete them directly without even reading the subject of the mail. Do you really bother to read at least the subject of SPAM mails.

I delete them directly. I don't bother reading them. Sometimes I read the subjects but after reading a couple of spam mails, I suddenly realize that I am wasting my time.

I dont bother reading them. Although, at times I have missed some important onces coz of this. But, its not worth the time to see each and every sender name / email subject to filter out what is spam and what is not.

No, I don't usually read it because it's a waste of time. I usually look through the spam folder because the detector usually isn't one hundred percent correct. I look at the subject line & sender...if it's someone that I know then I take it out of the folder. Spam is evil and should be deleted upon getting it! Have a nice day. Pablo

I check them as well. I do this because some of the emails that I am waiting goes there. It's also good to check them just to be sure that you're not missing anything. Well, there are actually some good offers and alerts I receive from my spam mails sometimes.

It's been quite some time since I had gone over to your discussions, not because it's your fault or you're out of reach these days but I have to admit that I've been staying at "discussions with no responses" for more than three months now; aside from the fact that my usage of the computer and the internet is so limited as I still don't have a computer at home. Anyway, I do receive some spam mails in my e-mail; but my e-mail doesn't restrict them from entering my inbox nor label them as spam. More often, I would immediately delete them from my inbox. But sometimes, I do get curious with the subject of these mails thinking that they're genuine and not just some mails which sell some service or products. Admittedly, I would even read them at times. But I have a separate e-mail address which I created just about a couple of months ago. Apart from my older e-mail address, this one screens the messages and labels the spam mails right away. I'm quite thankful that it does because at least now, I won't be tempted to read them. But I haven't really found the time to delete them. I just let them stay in the SPAM section. By the way, is this hazardous even if I don't open them?

I check my spam folder to make sure nothing went there that shouldn't have. Sometimes SPAM can be funny to look at, but I don't do it very often.

Spam - Spam can contain viruses as well as annoyances today!
Most spam gets caught in my ISP's Spam Filter box. I read only those emails I know. I read the subject line by habit because it's sitting there in my email box and I can't really avoid it...but it's not good to open strange mail as it can contain virus.

Most of the times, I don't read the entire message. But a few times in the past, I've tried reading them - the whole content - except opening or downloading any attachments it comes with. This happens particularly when my curiosity gets the better of me. Sometimes, a "voice" at the back of my mind tells me, "what if it's really of great importance or it's really worth reading or responding to"?! But more often than not, I get frustrated and ask myself, "why did I even bother to open these messages?" When after all, they just prove to be not worth my reading effort and precious time.

Previously i used to read those mails, not with an intention that it is true, but to read and know how they cunningly plan to contrive a plot against us and to deceit us. But nowadays i will straight away send them to trash.

I check the tittles of them and who sends them 'cause sometimes they are mail that I'm expecting from companies or ppl that are not on my contacts list and sometimes even emails from ppl of my contacts get there too(Junk Mail-SPAM) There has been an occation or 2 that I've read some thinking they were the real thing .. thank God I didnt get any viruses from them. You should avoid reading them though.

As you know occasionally a message that you may want to get may land in your spam box, so I try to scan at least the subject and sender. However that totally depends on the quantity of junk that I get. Those days when I look and there is more than 30 or forty I just delete.

No, like you, I immediately delete them. But I do bother reading the subject of the mail first. And I also delete those mails that have unfamiliar addresses. Better to be safe than sorry.
