Oh wow, I can only pick one?! I dearly love Chinese food and my favorites are lo mein with veggies and egg rolls. Hubby teases me because I always want to get Chinese food when we go out to eat or have a need to get take out. He says that if I am not careful I am going to turn into a chinese person! (I would be an odd-looking Chinese person with my red hair!Ha!)

I was craving Chinese food yesterday. I like alot of different things it really depends on the restaurant that we go to. If we go to PF chengs I love their wonton soup and sweet and sour pork. I really haven't tasted anything really nasty from over there. Just stuff is so spicy right now alot of it I can't eat.

There are varieties of delicious Chinese foods. I hope I could have the chance to taste all of them lol.
I like steamed ginseng chicken in lotus leaf, braised chicken with the three sister mushrooms, dongbo pork, wuxi paigu etc and any of the Chinese herbs soups.
If we visit the restaurants in different places, there we will find different famous local delicious Chinese dishes..
There are lots of joys to hang around hunting for different local tasty foods in different places.
Restaurants in Hong Kong and Guangzhou are quite famous of their delicious Chinese foods.

Chinese food is really exotic and interesting one, but I am not fan of it. It just doesn't taste good in my mouth. I really wouldn't know why, but we are all different. I see lots of people like it and my experience with it is that meals are made from lots of ingredients of vegetable, meat and rice. It think the reason fro that are low money budgets in Chinese homes so they had to put everything they could to make a meal. I turned like tasty food for lots of people. I have also seen fried banana and fried ice cream. It sounds so weird. Doesn't it?

It is quite interesting that many many people out the China think spring rolls or dumplings as their best Chinese food.
These are just snacks in China, the dishes are the anima of Chinese cooking art . Once I discuss this with my friends, what they said is, the food he like is the food easy to handle, maybe this is reason.
