My stomach looks like a road map right now. I hate it. I used cocoa butter but I don't find that it works. Did cocoa butter work for you?

I did get strech marks during my pregnancy and I also used cocoa butter. After I gave birth I decided to start using coconut oil instead of lotion and my strech marks started to go away! I didn't even know that it would help I just stumbled upon it. So to all pregnant women use coconut oil! I just went to a health food store and I buy it in the food section because my daughter is always sucking on my arm (I don't want her sucking on chemicals). You can buy the kind that smells like coconut or the kind that has no scent!

I was fortunate when I got pregnat both times that I only got away with one tiny stretch mark on my upper thigh, I can see but no one else can. I used all kinds of oil on my tummy, unsure if that was why I didn't get them, but I feel very blessed.

I have been pregnant twice. My 1st daughter was 8lbs 6ozs and I managed to survive with no stretch marks. (Of course, I was 18 and snapped right back) I am now 24, and my newest daughter is 2 weeks old. I also managed to escape without any stretch marks from the pregnancy, but now that I'm nursing her, I'm starting to see some faint lines on my chest. I used cocoa butter and other lotions this pregnancy to keep my skin hydrated, and I plan to start moisturizing like crazy to see if I can stop some of these new marks before they get too "set in"!!

The first sign of stretchmarks appeared around 7 months of my pregnancy on the lower right part of my tummy. Then after a week they acted like mushrooms that appeared very fast and soon my tummy, and upper thighs looked like a zebra's skin. I used cocoa butter but I still had the stretchmarks, guess I'm not really lucky to have firm skin.

When o found out I was pregnant the first time,I started using the Coco butter concentrated cream for stretch marks Palmers. My mother had stretch marks, but I didn't!I gained 45 pounds, and I think if you drink a lot of water everyday and use a lot os cream it will help. The water helps with the "dry itch', and I think the cream helped me.i didn' have any stretch marks. Now i am pregnant again..let's see what's gonna happen!

Hi babygurl850406. I did use cocoa butter at the first of my pregnancy but didn't follow thru the entire time, but probably should have. I gained a lot of weight (69 pounds)during my pregnancy and since I stretched in so many directions, I do have a considerable number of stretch marks. They have faded somewhat, over time, but in certain lights they're more noticable.

Hi babygurl, hope all is well. Yes, while I was pregnant with my daughter I got a TON of stretch marks even though I used those cocoa butter lotions that are supposed to help prevent them. I was not happy and I'm still not!

I've had two children. With my first child I had no stretch marks. With my second child I got so much bigger and he was always down I got a lot of stretch marks. I used cocoa butter and I tried other things but nothing worked. Guess I just have to live with them.

I didn't use anything but there's a cocoa butter lotion for afterwards which i use & it seems to be lightening them up some!
I had no stretch marks until after i was about 7 months along - seriously, my tummy was HUGE by the end of it & everyone assumed i was having twins :) Maybe my daughter just thought she needed extra room in there! That's when they started coming & got bigger & bigger as i got bigger :)
Funnily enough i even have one above my butt at the base of my back that went sideways - LOL!
I have found the Palmers Cocoa Butter formula for stretch marks is working well but i dunno if you have that brand there or not.
