What do you value the most in a person?and in your other half?

I am talking about the feature or virtue that all of you appreciate the most in another person you interact with. And then i get more specifical and i refer the question to the person you live with or you love etc. What does that person must have first of all, what is it that you want/need/appreciate the most in that person?
In my case, i would say that in general i need that a person is honest and has common sense. When it comes to my other half, i would add up two things: she must want me the way i am, and secondly, her eyes/look must leave me breathless every time i see it...i know it is a bit hard or picky, but trust me friends, it is possible to find :)

in finding my friends i want them to be honest with me... the one who i could talk to especially if i have a problem... as to my other half to be... i would want to choose those person i love and loves me back...

I value sense of humor and honesty and communication in my friends. In my hubby I love his eyes and smile! And that we can talk about anything Communication is a big thing for me

I love people and totally accept them for who they are. I like grumpy people, happy people, shy people and IN YOUR FACE PEOPLE....I love folks who have humor, can see it and use it..love honesty, talent that is used and not hidden...
My boyfriend plays lead guitar....oh my he sounds so similar to SANTANA, Stevie Ray, Eric Clapton...I think he's better than all...
Phonies, hit the high road...you can't be honest with your fake sweetness. You want people to like you and think you're the most darling thing to come down the pike..well, I'm putting you on notice I THINK FAKERs kind of stinketh. I can smell 'em from miles away.

In my friends and a bf/husband I look for someone that will always be there for me, can make me laugh, and honesty. I'm a single mom so one of the most important things in a bf or husband is how he is with my son. My son is the most important thing in my life and I could never be with someone that didn't get along with my son. The man I have been dating for 2 years now is a couple years younger than me and although he has no kids of his own he treats my son like his very own. I never have to ask him for his help doing anything for my son and to me that is one of the most important things. Plus he can make me laugh, we can talk about anything, I can trust him more than I have ever been able to trust someone, and he will do anything he can for me and my son to me all these things are the best qualities a man can have.

Absolute must haves in my relationship and which I value in my current relationships is
A sense of humor
A man with heart and dignity
A man with strength
I'm a very strong woman who has a lot of heart and sense of humor. I need to have someone with that same stength heart dignity and wit if not more than me.
