who controls the remote in your home?

since i live alone i do !arnt i lucky?

I control the remote for the purposes of channel selection. When we are actually watching something I hand it over to my wife as she likes to control the volume.

I do thankfully. There are several tv's in the house, so I get to control it because no one is really home in the evenings. There are some days however when I have to give the tv up for a few hours and I really don't like that. It's always for sports or something else, so I hate when that happens. I love being in control of the remote. I'm not sure why, but I just do. I really hate when I have to relinquish my control over it.

No one really, maybe because in our house we all like to watch the same shows so we don't change channels much.

My father most controls the remote at my house. My sister's next on the line of rulers of the remote. I don't mind mucht because I'll find something else to do like read or look at stuff on the computer.

We take turns if I have a show coming on I want to watch I control the remote. The other way around.

Well, I rarelly watch tv, and when I do, it is a movie I own or have rented. I am on a medication that keeps me from sitting still too long though, so I never watch an entire movie at one time. I just see it in bits and pieces. I never hold the remote, my husband has it glued to his hand though:P

My husband definitely has control of the remote. When he walks in the room if it is not on the table where he put it he starts walking over to me with his hand held out. I can be watching a movie and it makes no difference. We watch what he wants to and if I don't like it oh well. It isn't a issue for me because I am not a huge television watcher. I would rather be on the computer doing more constructive things.

I think it will be in my husband's hand most of the time.because I have a good temper and I can accept what he choose.if I do not like it very much,I will not grab the remote,I will just do something else.haha!
