Do you eat breakfast??

I know many people don't eat breakfast for buzy work or on a diet.I'm a medical student,a professor told that breakfast is the most important meal in the day,skipping it is harmful to your health and it's no help for losing weight.So,dear friends,eat breakfast from now on,that's good for your health.:)

I have a bad habbit of not eating breakfast i am usualy not hungry until afternoon. I think that comes from having late dinners which is very bad to do if you are trying to watch or lose weight. But when i do get up and i am hungry and eat breakfast i do notice a difference in how i feel throughout the day.

I always eat every meal. Skipping meals isn't not good for you. If you skip a meal your body will store fat thinking that it may not be fed anytime soon. So the end result is your getting fatter by skipping meals. Alot of people think that is the best thing to do when they are on a diet when really everyone should eat 5-6 small meals a day. So many people say they can't do it because they are at work but if you want to diet and lose weight you can do anything you put your mind to.

I eat breakfast every morning. I get bad stomach pains if I don't eat something. Then I feel sick most of the day. I don't skip any meals because it isn't good for you. In fact I eat 6 small meals a day. Right now I'm eating cereal for breakfast.

6 meals a day!that's i first heard of!Is there something wrong with your stomach or that's only your special habit?Because you said your stomach always pain when don't eat something.I think that's a syndrome of gastritis.My advice is going to doctor for help.

well, i sometimes eat breakfast but not always because sometimes imm just not hungry.my mom just keeps telling me to eat breakfast but sometimes imm just in a rush so i end up not eating breakfast.

Among breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper the most I like to have is breakfast as I believe it’s the most essential meal to supply us energy and to maintain health. It’s just like before a long journey we have to get a full tank of petrol for the car.
Knowing this fact I used to take heavy breakfast all the time and surprisingly I discovered I have never been putting on weight so far. That’s why I enjoy breakfast very much, yummy…yummy… lol…

I agree with you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have never missed my breakfasts unless I am very sick. I normally have two slices of bread with a cup of steaming hot coffee to start my day off:)

I always eat breakfast. Its really believe that by skipping breakfast, lunch or dinner that is harmful for health. If you on diet you must try taking salads instead of whole meal with less calories as compared to meal with more calories. Your body in this way will get something instead of nothing. When you"ll get less calories, the body will use the remaining energy needed by burning down calories from your stored fatty area and thats the point you want to hit while you are on diet.

I skip eating breakfast, I usually wake up at the afternoon. And I dont like to eat heavy meal in the morning like rice or some oatmeal. I drink milk or yogurt it is enough for me. But your right my doctor said also the important meal is breakfast than the two meal....

I can't do anything without my breakfast. I live in Italia, in my country the breakfast is not considered a very important meal, in fact everybody thinks that the lunch is the main meal and the other ones are less important. I don't eat breakfast like in England or in country in which people eat a lot in the morning, but every morning I have a cup of coffee, fruits and sandwich. You are right, breakfast are very important, we should devote more time to it.

yes, i have always eaten my breakfast. when i was still a kid, my mom would scold me if i skipped breakfast and i guess i took that habit with me even when im older. and my mom is right for trianing me that way, breakfast should be eaten and given importance because that is the first meal of the day, the so called "First fuel" given to the body.

breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day hehe. i usually eat a little before i go out somewhere, can't eat much because i'm always in a hurry and i don't really feel like eating a lot in the morning. but my mom always asks me to eat and not skip my breakfast, so it's kind of a habit for me already hehe..
