zhaizhai When I falled asleep I will count sheep.You can imagine you stay in a beautiful grassland.There has green grass,varicolored flowers.Sheep jump from sheepflod one by one.You can count"one sheep,two sheep,three sheep,.......",then you can fall asleep quickly.
