What do you do with flour tortillas? Do you wrap stuff in them? Fry them? Bake them? What are some quick and easy things to do with them?

I use them all the time. WE make tacos, fajitas, and quesidias out of them. I use them for breakfast burritos and to make wrap sandwiches. I have fried them crisp and sprinkled them with sugar and cinnamon. I have fried them crisp and made them into pizzas too. I have used them in a pie iron over the camp fire to pies and sandwiches.

For a nice and easy desert I will take a can of pie filling such as apple and add a little bit of sugar to sweeten it up a little. Place a a couple of spoonfuls in the middle and roll-up. Sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon and brown sugar. If you warm up the tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds before you place the toppings on it is easier to wrap up.

The simplest and easiest thing I do is to put cheese in and heat it up in the microwave--a quick, easy snack. If I have some refried beans I'll put that in, or rice, or lettuce or spinach leaves. All are pretty easy ways to make a tortilla into a quick nutritious snack.

I use them to make bean/veggie burritos, vegetable and soy cheese wraps, and layer in Mexican lasagna.

I mainly wrap stuff in them . You can try this : Leftover teriyaki-grilled chicken is very versatile for lunch fixings. Try this combination with shredded carrots and romaine lettuce, or substitute other vegetables you have on hand. Bean sprouts, napa cabbage, spinach, and celery would be tasty, as well.

I love them spread with peanut butter and strawberry jam and then rolled up. Leftover veggies and cheese are also good rolled up in them. Heck, leftover 'anything' is good rolled in them.

Well we use them for a variety of things..there are the obvious things like burritos, fajitas etc but my kids also like to make "breakfast burritos" (scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese etc wrapped in the tortilla) and I like making "pizza torpedos" which is just pepperoni, cheese and mushrooms wrapped and heated in the microwave....you can slice them up, fry em and use them as a topper on salads or casseroles etc too...
