When it rains for days does it affect your mood?

well,if it rains cats and dogs in my place for more than one day,i'll go mad...i can't stand bad weather,especially heavy rain with thunder.when it rained,i found that i have no mood to do anything,and all i like to do during rainy days is staying at home,picking up a novel and wishing the rain will stop soon. so many times i hope it rains at night,when i am sleeping,and the next morning,the air is fresh and everything is good.

During rainy days, I love to just lie down then sleep, eat or watch movies. I just feel very lazy and it seems that my body is too heavy to move around hehe.The other way works when the sun shines.

I'm a big *rain lover*.When the most people fell sad with the rain and specially if rain for several days,I feel reborn.I just love the rain,the smelt,the sound,the color of the sky..everything. I know ,I must come and live at England with many raining days lol:

I hate the rain. I find it quite depressing, although here in Vancouver, it rains from the middle of November right through till April. 2 years ago, we had 30 days of rain non stop. They said that if it had rained for 1 more day we'd have broken the record for the most consecutive days of rain. Unfortunately, it was December, and so it made for a very gloomy Christmas. I find I'm a lot more energized when the sun is shining and it's warm outdoors. It means I'm not quite as restricted with things to do.

when it rains for days ,i may get on as normal while ploding along and listening to the rhythm of the rain.I used to walking in the rain in my hometown where it always rains.So I am quite familar with the rain,and i like raining whether .I miss those days ,because Tianjin City have few rains.

I love the rain, and it will depend of the situation I am in that time. If I have a big dilemma, the rain would add to my mood being gloomy. But if I'm happy, the rain would make me fill so romantic. I would love to have him ~~lol running or strolling under the rain. So, the weather doesn't really affect my mood directly, but it contributes to enhance whatever feelings I have. it makes ones mood romantic .....i gets a bit romantic when it rains ...but one bad thing is that all works and things stopps ....people when praying for rain says now the rain must stopp things like this are spoken ....i like rain and enjoys it very much !! ....for several days ?? ...yupppppp some great fun in the rain .....playing around football and cricket its fun !!

No I hate the rain and everyones mood definately changes when the sun is shining! I love the summer and the sunshine so it's definatley a mood lifter for me!

Oh I just can't handle it. I want the sun to shine, I can handle one or two days of rain but that's it. It makes me depressed, and besides that, I've got three dogs in the house, and rainy weather is never a favorite, they like to go in and out, and when its raining I'm sitting with moody dogs, and my own mood:DDD

I am always much happier when the sun is shining so if it is raining continously without a break for any sun I do tend to get a bit down. I do get on with things as normal, because of course you can't stop just because of rain, but it does put more of a spring in my step if the sun comes out.

to be honest with you.. it does affect my mood.. but it's depends on the situation.. if i'm about to sleep. .i'll be happy if it's raining.. as i know i can get a good rest.. and nothing will disturb my sleep... but if i'm busy.. and i'm in a rush to complete something.. then i won't be in a good mood.. sometimes i need to go to the college to do my work.. and if it's raining.. i get really pissed off.. and there's nothing i can do except waiting for the rain to stop.. arGh... i think it's pretty common for people to be less motivated during rainy season.. am i right? :P .. haha

yes specially when i'm going out ...i don't like to went out when there's a rain ,,

My mood depends on the situation I am in, if I am at home than I really enjoy the rain, but if I am to go somewhere outside,or I am already outside, it destroys my mood.

I think the temperature has a something to do with you mood change! Because when its sunny you feel like moving a lot because you feel hot and when its cold you just want to lay in your bed the whole day... I also like to sleep when its raining hard and i tend to eat a lot also ;)

Yes it does. Gloomy, sad, cold weather and especially rain make me feel less awake, less happy, and less wanting to do much. I think I could possibly even get depressed easier with rain. Truly I dont like that kinda stuff

Yes, my mood is affected every time it rains. I feel that I don't know what to do and I am bored every time it rains....The weather makes me sad also...LOL...I just don't know why but I really feels sad when it rains....

Yes it does! I hate gloomy depressing dark skies. Try to mitigate it with hot chocolate and interesting chats with friends. I think there is a medical term for this. Something that afflicts people especially in winter. Light deficiency or something. Anyone knows? When it rains non-stop the weather is cooler and nicer, but I think I'm a sun person. The sun has a definite effect in lifting my moods. Although when it gets too hot and humid, i get grumpy! Guess there's no pleasing me!

Sometimes it does. When it just rains a little ,i like it ,cause i can have a romantic walk in it ,and to clearify my spirit,haha... But i can not bear the heavy rain ,because i have arthritis ,when it rains dags and cats ,i will get a seriouse pain on my leg.

When it rains i can look forward to the sunshine and get my superbike out

I love rain, and the smell of the earth in the air. However, if I see a week or more of rain, it does start to get annoying.
