That is if you have grandchildren yet. LOL I hear so many different names from the children that I work with at church. My husband and I had planned on our grandchildren calling us MeeMaw and PeePaw but when our first grandchild, our 11 yr old granddaughter now, started talking it ended up being MeeMee and PopPee. LOL the most beautiful names we had ever heard. So we are MeeMee and PopPee. What do yours call you?

We are mamaw and papaw. And, my newest little grand-daughter who just turned 2, called me mamaw for the first time the other day. She wasn't feeling good and was laying on the floor on a blanket, so I laid down beside her and she looked up at me and said "mamaw". It was so sweet.

Oh, Sherry, aren't those the most precious words! I called one set of my grandparents, Mamaw and Papaw. Thanks for your comment.

My grandkids call me by my first name. So do both my sons and their wives. I've always disliked labels and nicknames, so I made it clear that the only name I'd ever answer to is my own.
