after reading this, you'll never hate bananas again...

well..i never hated bananas in the first place..i am fully aware of the immense amounts of benefits it provides.. not only is it a wholesome meal..it gives u fat free muscle weight..so if a person is looking to build some muscles..eat 5-6 bananas a day and you will gain solid muscle weight..

I like bananas, I do not know what is the benefit of its human or any harm to me, these are called, I just liked it very simple it. Because it was too delicious.

Wow I love bananas and its good to know that they are so good for you. I freeze them for my daughter all the time when her gums are bothering her. I give her one to chew on. Not sure about the depression part because I just had one and I still feel depressed. I think only one thing can cure that right now anyway. Thanks for letting me know everything it is good for. I'll have to start eating more

me and my baby love banana and also my mom do love banana he eat it with rich hehehe. now i wnt stop my baby eating banana coz i know that it's good for her health
