My grandchildren will be here this weekend!!

Yes, spoiling grandchildren is what it is all about. Though I don't have any just yet, my first is due in September. I am glad I have time to adjust to the thought of having a grandchild. Though I have already crochet one baby blanket, my daughter picked out blue yarn before she knew what she was having, and now that it is a girl, and I already made the blue one, I will now have to make a pink one. So spoil them and enjoy your grandchildren this weekend.

That is so wonderful. I moved 4 states to be closer to my granddaughter and be able to see her everyday or almost everyday, there is nothing like spoiling them. Everytime my granddaughter comes to my house (she is 3 years old) I offer her candy or cookies, I remember when I was a child and would go to my grandparents house and the first thing they would do was offer me food or candy, something my Mother would not give me, I want my granddaughter to always remember that she can have anything she wants at my house and to always feel welcome. Have a great weekend and enjoy your family, that is what they are there for you to do.

Hai Sherry I am also a grandmama like you. I can understand your enthusiasm in looking forward for your grand children. I also spoil my grand daughter. Give her candy, chocolate, and loads of toys. My son scolds me for that. She is nearing 4 years still I carry her throughout till she is here. My d'law says mumma that stage has crossed. But you know I feel the nearness of my g child that way. Have a nice time with your precious grand children and let us know later, how you enjoyed with them.

I am glad for you . I know my sister is always happy to see her grandkids but by the time she leaves,she's ready for a padded cell,lol. Enjoy your time with them

That is great, Sherry. I know you are so excited! How long will they be with you? My grandkids are out of school and will get to stay with me a few days each week. I know how excited you are because you don't get to see them as often as you want to.

I'm not even a mother yet, so I'm not exactly sure how it feels to be a grandmother yet. I do feel your excitement though. as both of my sisters have children and I've seen how happy it makes both of my parents. My parents always have special little activities and foods around the house for the grand-children, they constantly smile when those kids are around.

really ! the whole family reunion ,wow so good ! and i was brought up by my grandmom ,i love my grandmom very much ,now i working in another provience ,and i can only see her during my holiday . now her nearly 90 years old ,and hope her always keep health !
